Design & Color Matching
Our R&D team turns your sample or drawing into a confirmed tech pack and color recipe, tracking global kids’ footwear trends and supporting OEM/ODM development.
Injection Molding
Soles and uppers are molded on modern multi-station injection lines with precision molds and controlled parameters, for stable sizing and consistent quality.
Assembly & Bonding
Straps, decorations and components are carefully assembled and bonded on the line, with attention to comfort, finish and durability.
Finished-product Inspection
In-line and final AQL inspection covers appearance, bonding strength, size, slip resistance and safety — every order is checked batch by batch for traceable quality.
Packing & Shipping
Branded packaging, size assortment, electronic weighing and export cartons are arranged to your requirements, with shipping documentation for on-time global delivery.
